    You can submit a support ticket to help@mygamehost.com or via our support portal and we will investigate your claim.

    Please include the STEAMID of the person causing the trouble and any other supporting evidence along with your email.

    What is GameCP?

    GameCP is a webbased way to configure your server. It is automatically given to you with a username and password you choose when you order your gameserver. All GameCP's come with the basics to allow a server to run unmodded; server.cfg etc..

    Further configuring can be done by you or you can submit a help ticket and a MGH staff member will help you.

    Where are your servers located?

    Our datacenter is located in Wichita, Kansas. All servers are hosted on a Dual Xeon machiene.

    We offer automatic mod installations via our game server control panel. If you're having trouble getting a mod installed you may contact our support department and we'll be happy assist you.
